There are many marked trails in the area, with different levels of difficulty, gradient and length.  We just walked on a nice coastal path from the north east end of the Calp Beach, it was easy to walk for all, and you can take a swim at the various beaches as you pass. Nice restaurants and bars along the way. We would also recommend wonderful hiking Mount Puig Campana, 1400 metres above sea level, with an ascent of over 1,000 meters. The view is spectacular. The walk through “key hole” in Forat in the Sierra Bernia, is also spectacular. Takes about three hours, bring plenty of drinks and packed lunch, and enjoy the view when you get through the hole. From Taberna there are several easy walks with less incline. The trip to Sierra Serella and Pla de la Casa is also special, you pass huge wells in the ground where they made ice in winter and carried it down from the mountains for use in summer, until the 1930s.
